Just yourself, a water bottle, and indoor shoes! Everything else you need is provided.


We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and athletic indoor shoes.


There will be a variety of lower body, upper body, core, and full body focused classes. For example: one day will be upper body strength while the next will be full body conditioning. Some focus just on strength, others on strength and conditioning (HIIT/cardio).  It’s designed to be efficient, challenging, and fun! 


You’re not just coming in and figuring things out on your own. Classes are instructor-led and coached as a small group, creating a motivating, high-energy atmosphere while still allowing you to move at your own pace.


It’s a circuit-style workout. Each session combines strength-focused movements with conditioning intervals of higher-intensity work to improve endurance, power, and overall performance. — with guidance and support every step of the way.


Not at all. Everything is fully guided. We demo every movement before the class starts, and the instructor is there the whole time to help you.


Absolutely. The instructor is walking around the entire time correcting form, giving tips, and making sure you’re getting the most out of every exercise safely.


A more flexible & personalized training experience where you can train independently in a smaller group at set times throughout the week. 

Follow your own program or the workout of the day. An instructor will be available for guidance, questions, or support as needed.


 Yes! Every exercise can be modified up or down depending on your level. Whether you’re brand new or more experienced, you’ll get a great workout.


Classes will run on average 45 minutes. We may add a few 30 minute options over lunch. It’s a quick but very effective workout.


Yes, you’ll book your spot ahead of time to make sure we keep class sizes manageable and give everyone the attention they need. You can book your classes up to a week in advance (i.e. on Saturday at 9am you can book the 9am class for the following Saturday).


Yes, we use the FLiiP app which you’ll have access to once you’ve purcharsed a membership. You can choose to use the app or the browser to manage your memberships and class bookings


Yes, we do have one bathroom and one shower (separate rooms). There are also public bathrooms in Market Square.
