Mama & Mini Power Hour is a supportive, low-pressure fitness class designed for both pregnant and postpartum moms. Whether you’re preparing your body for birth or rebuilding after, this class focuses on core connection, pelvic floor support, and functional strength for motherhood.
Each class blends gentle core work, pregnancy- and postpartum-safe strength training, and baby-friendly movement—all in a welcoming environment where you can move at your own pace. Feeding, changing, resting, and modifying are always encouraged.
No pressure. No judgment. Just strong moms, growing stronger together.
Suitable for:
🤍 Pregnancy (all trimesters, with medical clearance)
🤍 6+ weeks postpartum (or when you feel ready with clearance)
🤍 All fitness levels welcome
✨ 1 class per week for an 8 week session
✨ Limited capacity - 12 participants/session
✨ For all moms and moms to be - babies are welcome but not required (pre-walking babies only please)!

🌿 Every Friday from 10:30am-11:30am for 8 weeks
🌿 Cost = $120 for 8 classes ($15/class) + HST
🌿 Summer session - June 19th to August 7th
