Our classes are designed to build functional strength and well-rounded fitness through a structured blend of full-body, upper-body, and lower-body training.
Classes are instructor-led and coached as a group, creating a motivating, high-energy atmosphere while still allowing you to move at your own pace.
Each session combines strength-focused movements with conditioning intervals of higher-intensity work to improve endurance, power, and overall performance. — with guidance and support every step of the way.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to challenge yourself, our classes are designed to be adaptable to all fitness levels.
Our focus is simple:
Helping you move well, build strength, and feel stronger every time you walk through the door.
You must pre-register online or on the app and have an active membership or class pass. You have access to book a class a maximum of 7 days ahead of the scheduled class time (e.g. on Friday at 6am you can book the 6am Friday class for the following week).
To ensure all members have the opportunity to join our sessions, we observe the following cancellation windows:
Late Cancellations
Cancellations must be made through the app or website portal. If a cancellation occurs within the windows noted above:
If your favorite session is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. Our system automatically moves members into the class as spots become available.
No-shows will be charged a penalty fee of $20.
